The Srimanti Warranty Promise
At Srimanti, every Chamber is designed as a complete sleep environment — not a collection of individual products.
Our Ownership Promise reflects this philosophy. It extends across the Chamber as a unified system, with support structured according to the role each element plays.
Warranty Coverage
1. Core Sleep Structure — 15 Years
The foundation of every Srimanti Chamber.
This includes the fiest mattress system designed for long-term structural performance, comfort, and alignment.
Coverage includes:
Structural integrity
Excessive sagging beyond defined limits
Material or manufacturing defects
First 1 Year — Full Replacement
If a manufacturing defect is identified within the first one year from the date of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
Years 2–5 — Non-Prorated Coverage
During this period, qualifying manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced without any prorated charges.
Years 5–15 — Pro-Rated Coverage
In the final phase of the warranty period, repairs or replacement may be offered on a prorated basis in accordance with the remaining warranty duration.
What This Warranty Covers
The Srimanti Warranty Promise applies to verified manufacturing defects including:
• Structural defects in the mattress core or support system
• Abnormal sagging beyond acceptable tolerance when used on a proper base
• Defects in craftsmanship affecting the mattress structure
2. Chamber Components — Up to 1 Years
Elements that support and enhance the sleep experiance.
This includes Quilts, pillows, support layers, and accessaries designed to maintain form and comfort as part of the Chamber system.
Coverage includes:
Loss of structural shape beyond normal usage
Stitching or internal material defects
Functional degradation affecting intended support
3. Chamber Experience Elements — Care Assurance
Care Assurance Window: 90 days
Chamber Experience Elements are supported through an initial care assurance window that ensures delivery integrity and early lifecycle confidence.
This includes:
manufacturing or stitching defects present at delivery
fabric or material inconsistencies identified in early use
initial condition assurance during the onboarding period
Refined layers that complete the Chamber environment.
This includes linens, seasonal layers, and crafted textile elements designed for comfort, aesthetics, and experience.
Coverage includes:
Manufacturing defects at the time of delivery
Early lifecycle stitching or fabric issues
Assurance support for initial usage integrity
These elements are supported through our Chamber Care Assurance, reflecting their crafted and experiential nature.

Each Srimanti Chamber is created as one integrated environment.
Our Ownership Promise is not a collection of separate warranties — it is a structured assurance system that reflects how the Chamber is designed and experienced.
Important Note
Coverage applies when Chamber elements are used under normal residential or hospitality conditions and maintained according to care guidelines provided at installation
Complimentary Comfort Care Visit ⭐
As part of our commitment to lasting comfort, Srimanti offers a Complimentary Comfort Check after three years of ownership.
During this service, our team will:
• Conduct a brief inspection of the mattress condition
• Provide guidance on proper mattress rotation
• Share recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from:
Normal softening or settling of comfort layers over time
Improper base or inadequate support
Physical damage, misuse, or mishandling
Stains, burns, cuts, or liquid damage
Comfort preference changes
Caring for Your Srimanti Mattress
To ensure lasting comfort and maintain warranty coverage:
• Use a proper and supportive mattress base or foundation
• Rotate the mattress periodically for even wear
• Keep the mattress clean, dry, and well ventilated
• Use a quality mattress protector
