1. Shipping Responsibility

  • All orders are shipped directly from the warehouse.

  • Brand is responsible for:

    • Packaging

    • Dispatching

    • Courier handover

    • Return pickups

    • Replacement shipments

2. Shipping Timeline

Processing Time

  • Brands dispatch orders within 2–3 weeks or as communicated at the time of purchase.

Transit Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Brand warehouse location

    • Courier service availability

Remote or special-access locations may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Most products include free shipping, unless stated otherwise.

  • Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed on the product page.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, customers will receive on Email / WhatsApp:

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Though the Product is bulky, Courier partners typically make 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to the brand warehouse (RTO).

6. Undelivered / RTO Orders

An order may return to the brand if:

  • Address is incorrect

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Customer declines delivery

For COD orders, no refund is applicable for RTO shipments.

For prepaid orders, reshipping can be requested (additional charges may apply).

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If the package arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24–48 hours with photos/videos

  • The brand will coordinate pickup and replacement

For missing items:

  • Notify support immediately

  • Investigation will be conducted with the brand & courier

8. Delivery Restrictions

Some PIN codes may have:

  • Limited delivery

  • Delayed shipping

  • No COD service

These restrictions are determined by courier partners.
