Every Srimanti Chamber is handcrafted, carefully inspected, and prepared before dispatch. As each Chamber is made to order and contains multiple coordinated components, our shipping process is designed to ensure that every element reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing
Every order undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before dispatch.
As most Srimanti Chambers are handcrafted and made to order, the standard production and dispatch timeline is 2–3 weeks, unless a different timeline is communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on:
Delivery location
Courier partner availability
Accessibility of the destination
Deliveries to remote or special-service locations may require additional time.
3. Shipping Charges
Complimentary shipping is available on most Srimanti products within India, unless otherwise specified.
Any applicable delivery or logistics charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping details via Email and/or WhatsApp, including:
Courier partner
Tracking number
Tracking link
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
5. Delivery Process
As Srimanti Chambers contain premium sleep products, certain deliveries may be scheduled in coordination with our logistics partners.
Courier partners generally make up to two delivery attempts.
If the recipient is unavailable or cannot be contacted, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
6. Returned Shipments (RTO)
Orders may be returned if:
The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
The recipient is unreachable
Delivery is refused by the customer
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, returned shipments are not eligible for refund.
For prepaid orders, reshipment may be arranged. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs or videos of:
The outer packaging
The shipping label
The damaged product
Our team will coordinate the inspection, pickup (where applicable), and replacement in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
If any item is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate with our logistics partners.
8. Delivery Limitations
Certain PIN codes may have:
Extended delivery timelines
Limited logistics coverage
Cash on Delivery (COD) restrictions
These limitations are determined by our courier partners and may change without prior notice.
9. International Shipping
International shipping can be arranged upon request.
All applicable international freight charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local levies shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
